Local perks for WE DANCE families
The NZ Alliance is our network of local businesses. Families who dance with us get vouchers from partner businesses, and partners meet local families with offers they choose themselves.

What you get and how to use it
How vouchers reach families
In 2026, families who enrolled in a WE DANCE holiday programme received partner vouchers. Each partner sets its own voucher value and valid dates.
Who counts as a member
Membership comes with WE DANCE classes and is shared by the family: when any family member takes a course, the whole family is a member. It stays valid for 3 months after the course ends.
Who the partners are
Partners so far have included local tutoring, music, art, photography and fitness businesses.
Using a voucher in store
Scan the partner's code
At the counter, scan the NZ Alliance QR code of that business with your phone camera.
Confirm your family
Enter the details you gave WE DANCE when you enrolled: at least two of parent name, phone and email, including your phone or email. Your vouchers for that shop then appear.
Redeem and show the screen
Choose the voucher, redeem it and show the screen to staff. They charge the price minus the discount, and both of you get a confirmation email.

Meet local families, on your terms
Our school is in Albany, on Auckland's North Shore. As an Alliance partner you offer them a voucher you design, and you only give the discount when a verified family is standing at your counter.
Your offer, your rules
Choose the voucher value, the dates and any conditions. Your partner agreement lists the vouchers you honour, and you sign it online.
A QR code at your counter
We give you a poster with your own QR code. Families scan it, the system checks they are WE DANCE members, and your staff see exactly what to take off the price.
See what it brings you
Your merchant portal shows redemptions, unique customers, what they spent, the discount you gave and a 30-day trend, plus every redemption record.
How to join
Tell us about your business
Email admin@wedance.co.nz with your business name, what you do and the offer you have in mind.
Get your private portal link
We set up your offer and email you a private link to your merchant portal. The first time you open it, add a contact name; then bookmark it.
Sign and put up your QR code
Read and sign the partner agreement in the portal, put your QR poster at the counter, and you are ready for your first family.
Already a partner?
Open the private link we emailed you to see your stats, contracts, vouchers and redemption records. Lost the link? Email us and we will send a new one.

What is the NZ Alliance?
A network of local businesses started by WE DANCE School in Albany, Auckland. Families who take WE DANCE classes can use partner vouchers at member businesses.
How does my family get vouchers?
In 2026, partner vouchers came with WE DANCE holiday programme enrolments. Vouchers are linked to your family, so there is nothing to print. Each partner sets its own voucher value and valid dates.
How do I use a voucher?
Scan the partner's NZ Alliance QR code at the counter, confirm your family with at least two of parent name, phone and email (as registered with WE DANCE, including phone or email), choose the voucher and show the redeemed screen to staff. They charge the price minus the discount.
Who in my family can use them, and for how long?
Membership is family-based: when any family member takes a WE DANCE course, the whole family is a member, and it stays valid for 3 months after the course ends. Each voucher also has its own valid dates set by the partner.
I run a local business. How can we join?
Email admin@wedance.co.nz with your business name and the offer you have in mind. We set up your voucher, send you a private merchant portal link, and you sign the partner agreement online and put your QR poster at the counter.
