Term 4, weeks 1–2: a first and a second at Bays School of Dance, and RAD exams at our studio

Two weeks into Term 4, here's what has been happening:

• 🏆 Bays School of Dance competition (Sunday 18 October): our Jazz Troupe won 1st place in the Under 8 section with Cowgirls, and our Lyrical Troupe won 2nd place in the Under 8 section with When You Wish Upon a Star. Thank you to Katie, Cindy and Zizi for the choreography.
• 🩰 RAD ballet exams at our studio (Friday 30 October): 21 students sat their Royal Academy of Dance exams in Studio 1. We'll share the results here once they're in.
• 🛡️ Looking after every dancer: the school supervises children from 10 minutes before class until 10 minutes after, and bilingual safety signs are up in the studios, the corridor and outside the bathrooms.
• 🏷️ Stickers in the parent app: when a child earns stickers in class, parents snap a photo and upload it, and it's added to the child's count. Families choose their own rewards, and every photo stays on the child's Growth page.
• The first two weeks (12–23 October): 93 group classes and 158 dancers.
